Your travel plans are set at least 35 days (on Puttgarden-Rødby even only 14 days) ahead of the departure date and nothing can change your mind? Pre-book your passage and pay right away per credit card or direct debit.

Perhaps you want to travel on short notice and book for a specific departure, paying by credit card or direct debit. Or you simply go to the next ferry port to cross the Baltic Sea with the next available ferry.

All you have to select is the day of your departure. You are free to choose spontaneously at which time you depart and may go aboard or disembark quickly. This service is available to you only with the Plus Tariff. Furthermore, we grant you a 15% discount on any catering services and a 10% discount for the Travel Shop and the perfumery on board. You may pay by credit card or direct debit.

 If your travel plans should change, you may still adjust your Economy ticket to a Standard or Plus Tariff ticket up to one day prior to the initially scheduled passage. All you will have to do is pay the difference in price.

 You will still be able to exchange your Standard ticket to another in the same tariff or upgrade to Plus Tariff. You will only be charged, if your new ticket is more expensive than your initial one. If the new ticket is less expensive than the initial passage, you will even be refunded the difference when changing your ticket up to one day before the passage.

 A change of plans - is not a problem. You may reschedule Plus Tariff tickets to any new date up to 6 month after the initial departure date. You will be charged for the difference in price only if the new day of departure is more expensive than your initial booking.

In case you have to dismiss your travel plans completely, you may still cancel your tickets up to 35 days (on Puttgarden-Rødby up to 14 days) prior to your initial date of passage. You will be refunded with 50% of the ticket price minus the 10 € cancellation fee.

Sometimes plans change completely, but do not worry. This tariff can be canceled for a full refund up to 5 days prior to departure. You may still cancel on even shorter notice, then receiving a gradually smaller refund from the initial price. However, we will exact a fee of 10 € for canceling a ticket.

If you have to cancel your passage completely, you have the same flexibility. You may do so up to 6 month after the initial date of travel and you will still receive a full refund. We only exact a 10 € fee for canceling.

For motorcycles, bicycles, persons and East European routes only standard cancellation tariffs are available.

One day return ticket

The One day return ticket can be booked on the Puttgarden-Rødby (departures from 9.15 a.m.), Rostock-Gedser (departures from 9 a.m.) and Sassnitz-Trelleborg routes. The outward and return journey must be boarded on the same calendar day. Booking alterations and cancellations are possible in accordance with the selected tariff. Please take note of the stipulated deadlines periods and charges.

5 day return ticket

The rate for the 5 day return ticket is valid for cars up to 6 metres long on the Rostock-Trelleborg and Sassnitz-Trelleborg routes. The return journey must be boarded on the 5th day after departure in this category. The day of departure counts as the first day. This tariff can only be booked where the outward journey leaves from a German port. Advance booking is required. Booking alterations and cancellations are possible in accordance with the selected tariff. Please take note of the stipulated deadlines periods and charges.

Vehicle definition

Application of vehicle fares for cars, campers, vans and cars and trailers: these prices are valid for transportation of persons by vehicles described in the registration document as licensed as private cars for a maximum of 9 persons and up to a permissible total weight of 3,500 kg max and insured in line with legal requirements. A camper up to a max. 10m in length (Bornholm 12m) and up to 3,500 kg total weight is charged at the rates for the corresponding vehicle and length category. Rates for campers over 10m in overall length apply - irrespective of weight - if this vehicle was built by the manufacturer as a camper and its initial registration was as a camper. These rates are valid for cars with trailers if they consist of the aforementioned cars or campers and a trailer. For vehicles to which this ruling does not apply, our cargo and/or coach rates apply. A standard ticket has validity of 3 month starting with date of first booked departure.
