Travel documents travelling to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland

You will need an identity card or the passport if you decide to travel to these countries. Children need their own identity card. All documents must be valid at least up to the planned re-crossing the border date.

Citizens of the EU do not need a visa, but for the entry into the Baltic States the passports of all travellers’ (also for children’) should valid more than  6 months. The original of the vehicle light and the green insurance map is absolutely to be carried along. (State Sep. In 2006)
