Validity of prices:

The Ticket Prices which are indicated in Euros are applicable for the tickets which are bought in Germany.  The prices of the ferry tickets may differ from German prices in countries which aren’t Euro zone members, (such as Denmark or Sweden). The prices in such countries are based on the price lists valid in those countries.  In case of payment made  in  other  currencies  than  the local currency, the  exchange  rate  is  calculated  according to the   exchange rates  applicable within the Scandlines-system.

Vehicle tariff

The vehicle tariff standard is applicable for cars, campers, vans and cars and trailers: these prices are applicable for private cars for a maximum of 9 persons and up to a permissible total weight of 3,500 kg max and the vehicle must be insured in accordance with legal requirements. A camper up to a max. 10m in length (Bornholm 12m) and up to 3,500 kg total weight is charged at the rates taking into account vehicle’s category and length. If the vehicle was built by the manufacturer as a camper and it was initially registered as a camper and it is over 10m in overall length, irrespective of weight, the rates are calculated as per defined tariffs. These tariffs are applicable for cars with trailers, if they consist of the aforementioned cars or campers and a trailer and the crossing is for purposes of tourism. The cargo & coach rates are applicable for the vehicle which is not reckoned among the above mentioned categories.
