Denmark / Sweden / Finland:
10 l. highly concentrated spirits, 20 l. interproducts like fortified wine or vermouth, 110 l. beer, 90 l. wine (from this max. 60 l. sparkling wines), 800 cigarettes, 400 zigarillos, 200 cigars, 1000 g of smoke tobacco, perfume for the private use.
Norway:
1 l. highly concentrated spirits to 60 Vol % and 1.5 l. alcoholic beverages with more than 2.5 Vol % and at most 22 Vol %, or 3 l. alcoholic beverages with more than 2.5 Vol % and at most 22 Vol %, 2 l. beer more than 2.5 Vol %, 200 cigarettes or 250 g of tobacco products and 200 sheets of cigarette paper.
Lithuania:
10 l. highly concentrated spirits, 90 l. Wine, of it max. 60 l. sparkling wine, 110 l. Beer, 20 l. cocktails, 10 kg of coffee, 200 cigarettes or 400 cigarillos or 200 cigars or 1000 g of smoke tobacco.
Latvia:
1 l. highly concentrated spirits, 2 l. wine, 5 l. Beer, 1 kg of coffee, 200 cigarettes or 200 g of tobacco or 20 cigars.
The above is valid with the entry from other EU countries. The recommended amounts have been fixed by the EU and are used by the customs office to estimate whether the introduced product can be looked as goods about own consumption. Only goods can be introduced for own consumption tax-free. Hence, the goods may not be resold to others.
