As long as the validity period is observed, a booked passage can be altered by changing to any new date, product, route or adding a return passage etc. If the online re-booking service cannot be executed, please contact our service center by telephone or email. |

Cancellation is possible any time. Refunds are calculated as follows: up to 5 days prior to the first departure - 100%,
1 to 4 days prior to the first departure - 50%,
date of passage to 3 months after the first departure - 20% |

Furthermore, a processing fee of 10,00 € (per ticket) is exacted from the refund sum.

The refund will be transferred to the credit card or account used for the original payment.
Refunds in cash at the Check-In or at the service center will not be given. For cancellation via postal service the postal date stamp is taken as binding cancellation date. |
